It’s a good car with a dry motor and very few marks overall, considering age etc. Most out there are leaking oil despite what ads or owners claim, have heavy clutches, cooling system issues, and people just talk like it doesn’t exist or is normal for all of them which of course it is not, it’s only normal on cars that have had minimal financial input, some folk don’t see value in repairing them
This one has been looked after, it went to Lisbon with the last Texan lady owner of 5.5yrs and has been a daily car preventatively maintained better than many, sure it might be a little more than another option but if others might need more than the difference spending on a problematic cooling system or ignored oil leaks and the unseen, this car could hold more appeal for some people but that’s for you to decide. I’ll happily jack it up and put it on stands if you want to get under it or check/listen to whatever
