Welcome to the listing for my  2006 Mini Cooper S R53 . I only bought the car in October 2023 with a view to upgrade it to a more performance minded road car
which has now been completed. The car is for sale because I am looking for a classic car to work on
maybe a Fiat 500 or Alpha.Here is a list of all the upgrades which have been completed during my ownership (with invoices to prove).
* Full engine service with filter and magnetic sump plug change. Using Shell Helix oil.* Full gearbox service using BMW gear oil.* Supercharger service.* Coolant system flush and refilled with Evans Power Waterless coolant.* Direnza Performance intercooler.* New radiator cooling fan assembly.* New performance Radiator.* New Air conditioning condenser (needs re-gasing but have the kit and Adapter.* New Bosche Super run cool spark Plugs.* New R53 RAMAIR Induction Kit.* New blue silicon hoses.* New belt Tensioner.* New Fuel Filter.* New Supercharger by pass shut off value.* Complete super charger Service.* New rocker cover gasket.* New Stainless steel Rocker cover Bolts.* 2 x new Bosche Horns.* New Water pump and seals.* New Aluminium Header tank.* New Supercharger Pulley belt.* New 19% reduction supercharger pulley.* New near side engine mount.
The car  looks really lovely with no rust or unsightly body marks. The car is now really quick and great fun to drive. The car has an MOT that expirers in November 2024 (with no advisories).
