All cars are clear of finance at the time of auction and an HPI clearance certificate is available with every car. Most of the cars come with full documentation and any relevant documents we have will be itemised in the listing. This car has been stood for a period of time, it was collected as a runner with a flat battery. On inspection all the oil/coolant levels are correct, the engine starts on the key, and runs up to temp. We have also driven this car finding the engine, clutch, gearbox, steering, and brakes all appear to operate and perform as they should. When the engine is running the battery warning light illuminates intermittently when electrical components are switched on and the battery does not take any charge when the vehicle is left running. It is our opinion that the battery will need replacing prior to use. The purchaser will need to investigate this fault for themselves. Further investigation is required to determine any faults and parts may need repairing/replacing to make good.The bodywork is in good condition with a few minor scuffs and blemishes the worst of which are pictured and circled. Please zoom in for closer inspection. The interior of the car is in good condition and shows no undue signs of wear or tear but would benefit from a valet.We are in possession of the V5 registration document showing 5 former keepers, a current MOT until the 06th of September 2024 and the key for the vehicle.We also have the service history showing ? services up to ? miles.Date of first registration was 29/03/2014.The car is fitted with Mini alloy wheels with all the tyres appearing to be in good road legal condition. Collections – We operate from an un-staffed storage facility and collection is strictly by prior arrangement with us. Collections are not possible on Sundays unless it is at our convenience. We also need a phone call 1 hour prior to your arrival, you can message us with your contact number and preferred collection time on messages or contact us on our contact number which you will find on your invoice for the purchased item. If we do not answer send us a text with your name and the vehicle you are calling with regards to.This car is sold spares/repair as a non-runner and will not be withdrawn from the auction. There is also no buy it now price and the car will be sold at auction to the highest bidder. Please note that the problems stated in the listing are our initial findings only and are meant as a guide for your assistance, other faults might exist, the engine and gearbox might need replacing, dashboard warning lights might be illuminated due to the vehicle standing with a flat batteries or for other reasons, key fobs might not operate or vehicle could have a chipped blade key, locking wheel nut key might be missing, the interior trim/chassis/bodywork could have damage or parts missing, brake components/wheel bearings might need replacing, vehicles with dismantled engines may have parts missing, clutch might need replacing, spare wheel might be missing, tyres might not be road legal, vehicles could have had taxi/private hire use. Vehicles may have AdBlue faults or AdBlue waring lights illuminated.
