Extensive work has been completed on this Mini, and is now in a great healthy condition for the next owner. With the sport mode this thing has capacity for some fun days out!
The car had a few issues: a rotted front subframe, oil leaks, smokey exhaust, dreaded engine rattle etc. So when diving in to complete those, a few other issues were found that have also now all been rectified. Work that has been carried out has had parts replaced with OEM or quality aftermarket parts. Work completed consists of the following:
· Turbo rebuild with new oil feed pipes (Frontal oil leak)
· Oil pump (Low oil pressure – refurbished N14 pump fitted)
· Oil filter housing gaskets (Oil leak)
· Valve stem seals (Blue smoke from exhaust)
· Head gasket with new bolts
· New Timing chain, guides, sprocket and tensioner
· Camshaft O-Rings (both uprated to nylon) and sprocket (Exhaust side)
· Water pump
· Rear engine water pipe (Thermostat to water pump)
· Rocker cover and gasket (PCV Leak and Rear oil leak)
· PCV breather pipe (Broken – Intake manifold to rocker cover)
· Vacuum pump
· Clutch hydraulic pipe line
· Crankcase seal
· 2nd hand front subframe – Rust treated and painted
· Tie rod end ball joints – Both N/S and O/S
· Anti rollbar links – Both N/S and O/S
· Front fog lights replaced – Both N/S and O/S
· Front and Rear brake discs and pads
The car had a sports exhaust fitted, (made it pop without being in sport mode) which was removed and fitted with an original exhaust for emissions on MOT. The sports exhaust can go with the car if the price is right, if not this will be sold separately.
Along with all of this, obviously fresh oil, oil and air filters and coolant.

After a good clean, it seems the driver seat leather is some what ingrained with some dirt and will need a good leather cleaner to sort if it bugged you. Also, wheels could do with some TLC, and found couple of stone chips here and there also, so have dropped my initial desired price to reflect these.
