2011 MINI COOPER CLUBMAN 1.6 DIESEL
Welcome to the listing of my Mini Cooper Clubman a great looking car in the best colour in my opinion. I have been told the Mini requires the chain and tensioner replaced as it’s noisy (see video) and although it runs and drives it’s best to get sorted before using.This is a common issue on the BMW diesels with many companies offering to replace the chain and tensioner, and once changed you won’t have any more issues. The Mini has covered 125,000 miles and the Mot has run out in June 2023 but see no reasons why it shouldn’t go straight through a new one. The Mini also benefits from £20 a year road tax.
The Clubman has the advantage of the twin opening rear doors which is great for carrying larger loads with even more space with the rear seats folded down. The paintwork is good with only a few stone chips on the bonnet and a small patch of paint scratched off the edge of the roof where the roof bars have been. This would easily cover by moving the roof rack which is also a handy item being a proper fitted Mini item.
Interior is also good with the black seats and headlining with the chrome on the dash set off particularly well against the trim. The bonnet pull handle has broken so you have to pull the cable to open the bonnet.
I have the V5, the Mini owners manuals all in the original holder with service book showing 4 stamps from Ocean Falmouth (Mini), a further 6 independant service stamps and 2 keys.
A great opportunity to grab one of these great cars a sensible price and once fixed it should be a good economical car with the advantage of £20 a year road tax!
