Brake Light Stays On in MINI Convertible

Hi all, the brake light on my MINI Convertible stays on even when I’m not pressing the brake pedal. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you fix it?

If your brake light stays on in a MINI Convertible, it could be a sensor issue or a problem with the brake switch. Checking the brake fluid level might help as well.
